“Chocolate Reserve” formally “Chocolate Port” is a versatile fortified wine, a blend of wine and a natural cocoa extract. This luscious fortified wine also transcends seasonal changes. It can be served with crushed ice on a hot summer’s day or under a blanket of freshly whipped cream topped with cocoa powder in winter. – Try it with strawberries and ice-cream on your favourite steamed pudding.
