Immerse in the Yarra Valley

The Immerse vineyards are 25 years old and produce fruit of intense flavour and consistently high quality. Six wines are made under the Immerse label – NV Sparkling Chardonnay, Unwooded Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cab/ Merlot and Shiraz Viognier. There is also a Reserve Shiraz, Reserve Pinot Noir and Reserve Chardonnay. These are exclusive to Immerse and are only available to taste or purchase through their website and at cellar door.

In developing these wines, the first consideration was simply to make wines that people will love to drink – that means fresh and vibrant with lively fruit character and enough structure to ensure they stand the test of time. The second criteria is to create wines that go wonderfully well with food, as eating and drinking is a high priority here at Immerse.

The ambience at Cellar Door is warm and welcoming and the well informed staff are trained to ensure your wine tasting experience is fun, educational and rewarding. All of the Immerse wines are available to purchase at the cellar door or by ordering online. When visiting the Cellar Door, you will also be able to have a look at a range of produce for sale, some of which is exclusive to the Yarra Valley.
