The Tandoori Place was established in 1984 by Mr. Surjit Dhillon, with the motto to offer the finest cuisine of Indian foods and curries. The ambiance in the restaurant has the unmistakable touch of India, from the décor, to the menu, to the food itself.
The Tandoori Place has the north Indian style of cuisine where flavour rather than heat, along with a combination of many spices, is the distinguishing feature. At The Tandoori Place, they know just how to tease the palate with fresh, fat free meals served on a hot sizzling plate straight from the tandoor (special clay cooking oven), which are totally mouthwatering!
Tandoori Place gives great importance to providing courteous service to the customers. All the staff are specially trained to give customers great assistance. Whether it’s choosing a dish or knowing more about Indian tradition, the waiting staff are always there to help.

NOTES: 20.04.18 called to see if they still accept the card prior to transferring the listing to the new website -he said that was a long time ago and he would have to check.
I will call next week to follow up mk 28/5/18 AS spoke with Surjit, seemed ok, I’m sending email and will follow up to ensure he’s ok to transfer. I think there will be lots to update!
