Inside Rydges Hotel, a spot where land meets sea, is the Manor Grill. They have a unique take on the grill house concept with the food being local, seasonal, and cultivated, and the restaurant historic. Manor Grill combines picturesque views of Hobart and the Derwent River, with local Tasmanian produce for a refined and refreshing dining experience. Reflecting a modern Victorian style, Manor Grill’s polished interior is warm and inviting; dark wooden chairs, gold curtains and carpeted floors complement the spacious, open area of the restaurant.

At Manor Grill, they are all about superb cuts of meat, prepared to perfection and finished in style. However, there are plenty of other choices on the Modern Australian menu, including classics like chicken parmigiana. To go with the steaks from the grill there is a range of sides including hand cut Bruny Island pink eye wedges or green beans with hazelnuts and herbs. There also plenty of different sauces to choose from.

Manor Grill takes great pride in delivering the highest quality food and service.

Connoisseur Club Members welcome for a complimentary main course.
