Using local organic produce, when available, to create a variety of authentic Indian dishes from simple comfort food to something a little more special, Innspired Spices of India offers one of the best dining experiences in Daylesford. The a la carte authentic Indian menu has many classic dishes such as Tandoori chicken and lamb korma. All menu items are freshly created in the kitchen and they guarantee no pre-pack or portion control products are used in their restaurant. On the beverage menu, they proudly serve locally roasted Fair Trade coffee and organic teas (herbal therapeutic available), as well as serving James Squire, James Boags and KingFisher beers.

Innspired Spices of India can also cater for birthday parties, special events, pre-wedding dinners and other functions. Don’t hesitate to drop in or call to talk to one of the chefs to design a menu and create your perfect night. They also offer limited Western meals for the function rooms.
