Description
Grandvewe is a farm with Tasmania’s only sheep milk cheesery, producing a variety of certified organic sheep milk cheeses. Recently their signature Sapphire Blue cheese won Champion Cheese of Show at the 2012 Sydney Royal Show, from a line-up of over 350 cheeses from around Australia.
Grandvewe Cheese Cafe offers a year-round All Day Brunch Menu, with a variety of seasonal dishes and platters. These use a variety of farm grown small goods, as well as their organic cheeses. All their products are made on site and from the freshest local seasonal ingredients. Take the time to sit and relax on the enclosed deck whilst looking at the beautiful D’Entrecasteaux Channel and surrounding farmland.
Soon Grandvewe will be introducing dining on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Also watch out for Grandvewe Theme Nights, these will be held on a monthly basis and will be announced on their website.

NOTES:
Contacted 2/12/13 spoke to Diane, all good. I asked her to send images through to Aimee. Would like sticker for front window and newsletter. Contacted 15/6/18 – not available.
23.02.21 called to check because Google has them as temporarily closed. The girl who answered confirmed this was true but also said they would be reopening again. Diane is still the owner – will need to check this listing again in a couple of months
