Spoke to Fiona on 11/7/17 who informed that they do not accept the card.
Tried to contact 27/7/17 no answer.
Contacted 31/7/17 and spoke to Suzi who informed me that Fiona was not available.
Contacted 3/8/17 and was told that Fiona was in a meeting. Finally spoke to Fiona on 10th August and expressed that we had a member call and was refused the card. She said that it must have slipped under the radar and would like information and link to re-freshen her memory.
