Northview Villa has various separate living quarters,  with the original home comprising of a formal sitting room with sandstone features, original polished floor boards and jetmaster fireplace. This flows through to a stylish kitchen with large terrazzo island workspace and floor to ceiling sliding windows, opening to the alfresco dining areas and north easterly views over Palm Beach. A mosaic tiled salt water pool adjoins the expansive level lawn and outdoor entertaining areas.

 A beautiful curved sandstone staircase links you to the bedroom wings, with the spacious master bedroom comprising of walk in wardrobe, ensuite and French doors to a private decked terrace. A further bedroom offers built in robes and an ensuite with a mosaic tiled sunken bath and picture window to the view. Maximising the expansive views from the Barrenjoey headland to the north coast are the third and fourth bedrooms, perched high within an architecturally designed contemporary structure. Striking by design, this tower still blends perfectly into the natural bushland and also provides for additional cedar clad living areas with outstanding views.
