      Yvette refused the card. I called back on the 22/9/17 and spoke to Darren, who apparently is Yvette’s husband. He knew about the call and said Yvette never sees the card and therefore said no. Darren really did not care whether they would stay on or not, and asked me to decide. So I decided yes.
