The Clove Indian Restaurant in Coogee showcases the finest foods of colourful India.

Immersed in history and traditions, Clove’s Indian cuisine combines Indian and Indian Sub-Continent with its own strong sense of identity to create a range of most unique yet delightful flavours.

The menu has all the classics like butter chicken and beef vindaloo, but also they have dishes featuring goat and duck. Try the Boti Kebab (an entree not to miss!) with beef tenderloin marinated overnight and cooked in the Tandoor, served on a hot sizzling plate on a bed of caramelised onions and capsicums. Or the Chef’s Suggestion of Lamb Rogan Josh, an authentic lamb curry from the Kashmir region, featuring diced lamb cooked with roasted and ground aromatic spices and garnished with coriander.  All main dishes can be made to suit your palate being mild, medium, hot, Indian hot or extreme hot.
