      Contacted 20/11/13 spoke to Giulia, advised that Laura was not available, left a message for her to call me. Will follow up. Laura returned and left message on my mobile, but when I returned call she was not available – will follow up. Laura returned my call, was quite busy but is happy to receive staff notice.
      14/01 Laura advised on our new direction and happy at opportunity, 15/3/16 Spoke with Renee, all ok.
