Price: Mains from £20.84

An elegant fusion of fine dining and contemporary Australian cuisine, Fedora’s Restaurant is located in the heart of the Hilton Hotel, as a living tribute to the late Robert Vincent Franzon. The decor is luxurious and the lighting sultry, creating a stylish dining space.

The Franzon family are serious about making this a restaurant that is a cut above usual hotel eateries, so they have a fresh and exciting menu changing seasonally with a hint of Mediterranean allure.  Most famous is their Wagyu burger, which comes with a variety of condiments, as well as chilli and rosemary fries.  However, there are also vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu, ensuring that this restaurant will please any palate.

Fedora’s Restaurant caters for both lunch and dinner bookings.  They can also provide areas for larger bookings and private functions to suit every occasion.  Their exceptional service will ensure your time spent with them will be well worthwhile.

Open 7 days a week.

Connoisseur Club Members welcome for 25% off the total bill, to a maximum of $35.  (Not valid in MyBar.)
