The freedom of form, flowing wall surfaces, smooth-faced natural stone and uniformed, streamlined geometric designs were inspired by the growing modernism and simplicity of architectural design.

The symmetry and uniformity of the beautiful landscaped gardens enhance the structure, sandstone facade and smooth finishes of the building, emphasising the future rather than the past. The chefs at Biviano’s have created a menu to highlight traditional Italian food with a flourish of contemporary flavour and presentation. The focus is on using the freshest local produce and highest quality meats to create a menu to stimulate the appetite.
