Step out of the ordinary world and into the romantic at the Sky House for the perfect South Australian weekend getaway. The rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property, with sweeping views of the rugged coastline as far as the eye can see and onto the beach below.

Inside the villa is the slow combustion fireplace, the huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, internal floor heating under the bedroom/bathroom, CD and record player (pull out your old vinyl favourites), modern broadband internet access and a powerful telescope for some of the best star gazing, free from city lights. The villa sleeps 2 guests in luxury with a king bed and ensuite.

The Sky House luxury villa also has a private outdoor courtyard and private helicopter landing area, making it the ultimate honeymooners’ delight.

You may have seen the The Sky House when it was recently featured on the cooking show MasterChef 2012, during their visit to Kangaroo Island.
