    The sensuous curves of the Cliff House, perched on the cliff overlooking beautiful Snelling’s Beach, inspire complete surrender to relaxation for the perfect romantic getaway.

    The Cliff House sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 king bedrooms, one of which can be made as a twin, as well as one king sized tower bedroom. This room is circular and has a panoramic window looking out to the southern sea. There are 2 bathrooms. The house is fully self-contained, with a well equipped kitchen and luxury features such as a cushioned sunken conversation pit with an open fire and a heated outdoor cliff-edge jacuzzi. The private outdoor courtyard allows you to drink in the breathtaking views of Snelling Beach, a local pod of dolphins or the southern stars above.

    To complete the solitude, there is private helicopter landing area nearby. This makes the Cliff House an ideal venue for weddings, as well as getaways with friends.

    LifeTime Private Retreats offer 3 other boutique properties, the Sky House, Sheoaks and the Settlers Homestead.

    Tesla Destination Charging Stations available at Sky House and Cliff House.

    Available 7 days a week.  A minimum 2 night stay applies.

      Contacted 6/12/13, Nick not available left a message with Shannon for him to call me back, will follow up.
      Contacted 23/4/15, spoke to Rachael who is Nick’s sister and she advised me to call Nick as they have a new property called Sheoaks. Spoke to Nick he is happy to have it as a free listing. I told him someone from editorial will be in touch with him.
