Description
Elmswood Estate is a boutique winery situated on 20 acres in the Upper Yarra Valley with 180 degree views to die for! This hidden treasure is a must see destination when visiting the Yarra Valley. The wines are Estate grown and being situated higher than the rest of the Valley makes this area cooler, therefore they have the ability to harvest as late as they can. This, along with the very fertile red volcanic soil, produces unique fruit flavours with the subtle characteristics of cooler climate wines.
Elmswood Estate currently grows seven different varieties of grape – Sauvingnon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. These are Estate grown wines produced from 25+ year old vines and these boutique style wines have won many awards across all wine shows.
Elmswood Estate is located only an hour’s drive from Melbourne, well sign- posted off the Warburton Highway. Melways 305 B6. Whilst visiting the Yarra Valley, call in for a wine tasting, they’re open 7 days a week 10am – 5pm.
Light lunches are served on Saturdays and Sundays and most public holidays in ‘The Pavilion’ or outside amongst the rose garden overlooking the stunning views.
Connoisseur Club Members welcome for 10% off all wine purchases at cellar door & online.

NOTES:
22/8/14 spoke to Jeannie, who sounded really annoyed about this, because Bronwyn was not the Proprietor or an employee and would make all decisions with their knowledge and as a result she is no longer there. I explained who we are etc.. and she said she would look at it. Contacted 8/6/18 – no answer. Contacted 7/9/18 – no answer. 13/9 email & BCU sent to Jack Howell.
