Executive Chef Justin Miles utilises fresh seasonal produce to create an exciting and ever-evolving menu. The Menu Philosophy is simple, to bring contemporary Australian cooking to guests using seasonal regional produce. Dishes on the menu include Gawler River Quail Braciola and Chateaubriand of Beef. There is also plenty of choice for vegetarians and a special “Trilogy” menu for groups. The wine list has a range of South Australian wines that span from modest and boutique to indulgent and iconic.
