Experienced Head Chef Neil Howatt  aims to “wow” customers dining at Tokar Estate. With an abundance of fresh local produce to play with, he is certainly  in his element creating stunning dishes without compromising value for money. The menu, which changes seasonally, reflects both Leon and Rita’s love of Mediterranean cuisine, so the menu has strong Italian and Spanish influences, featuring where it can, local produce that is so abundant in the Yarra Valley.

Balmy summer days bring a special magic to dining at Tokar Estate, as the fabulous outdoor decking and dining area adjacent to the restaurant is ideal for guests to enjoy a long, relaxing lunch with family and friends. Overlooking the vineyards and exquisite skyline; you could certainly imagine yourself to be far off in an exotic overseas location, as you sample sumptuous dishes and sip perfectly matched wines, such as the award winning Spanish Tempranillo.
