The Bathers’ Pavilion

The Bathers’ Pavilion Restaurant is located at Balmoral Beach with views across the shark net towards the Heads. The restaurant is an impressive affair in a warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view. The interior is modern and stylish, and yet there is still a warmth and cosiness to it.

The food is described as classical French technique meets an enthusiasm for new flavours in an enticing contrast, and there is an emphasis on fresh produce grown by small producers. The menu is continually changing to suit the seasonal produce available, but may include dishes such as crisp skin barramundi with seasonal mushroom;, miso seared calamari, radicchio and squid ink; or Victorian lamb fillet with confit lamb breast, globe artichokes, smoked yoghurt, baby turnips and seeds. There are more than 250 wines to choose from on the wine list, with a mix of local and international wines. There are some of the world’s best producers alongside local boutique wineries.

The Bathers’ Pavilion also does functions and weddings. For small functions there is the Blue Room, which is an intimate dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking over one of Sydney’s prettiest beaches.

The Bathers’ Pavilion Restaurant really turns it on with food-themed art, gilded service and a dignified atmosphere to match chef, Alex Besseau’s, sophisticated food.

Lunch 12pm – 2:30pm & Dinner 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Spring & Summer open 7 days
