Located within Mantra Terrace Hotel, The O Bar & Restaurant is a fresh change to the Brisbane scene, bringing back some old school customer service that is often amiss in other venues around the city. This, coupled with an ever-evolving food and drink menu, provides a little sanctuary in Spring Hill right next to the CBD.
At The O Bar & Restaurant, their mission is to create a menu that uses preferably Queensland produce sourced directly from the Rocklea Markets from suppliers that provide high quality organic, free range and grass fed food. The O Bar & Restaurant are believers in “farm to table” and practice this philosophy as much as they can, supporting the local industry.
The O Bar needs to be experienced firsthand to really appreciate what is fast becoming Brisbane’s worst kept secret.
