Hollie’s Cafe in Essendon Fields is open for both breakfast and lunch from Monday through to Saturday. They offer both dine in, with indoor and outdoor seating or takeaway if you’re on the move.
The cuisine is mostly Asian in influence and most dishes on the menu can be made vegetarian on request. Try the Hollie’s sate fried rice with chicken, egg, peas, bean shoots, spring onions and capsicum in a mild sate sauce. Or the pho (beef noodle soup) with fresh rice noodles, sliced beef, beef balls, beef brisket, bean shoots, fresh basil and dried shallots.
