The Truffle & Wine Co

The Truffle & Wine Co is the largest producer of Superior Perigord Truffles in the southern hemisphere, with over 13,000 hazel and oak trees. The rare and wondrous black truffle is often referred to as ‘black gold’ or ‘black diamond’. Along with their gourmet truffles, The Truffle & Wine Co produce a premium wine range under the Truffle Hill Wines label.

Truffles may not be available fresh from the ground all year round, but that does not mean you cannot enjoy the exquisite flavour and aroma of them throughout the year. Stock your pantry with any of the boutique gourmet truffle products and you won’t need to wait for the next season to arrive! The gourmet range is made with hazelnuts and truffles that are harvested from The Truffle & Wine Co farm as well as other ingredients, such as honey and salt, from locally sourced produce. The Truffle & Wine Co’s gourmet line includes truffle oil, truffle honey, truffle salt, truffle mustard, and hazelnuts in truffle honey. Fresh truffles are available when in season (June to August) and can be ordered directly through The Wine & Truffle Co office.

Visit The Truffle & Wine Co in Manjimup, where you can taste foods infused with the distinct and exquisite flavour of fresh truffles straight from the ground. You can also visit the cellar door and enjoy a wine tasting of their premium red, white and rose wines.
